For Chakra Healing, it is suggested that you work with one Oil at a time for 3 days to one week or as guided, starting with the Root Chakra and moving up the body to the Crown Chakra. Once this healing sequence is completed, you can use the oils as you wish, though it is best to combine with no more than 3 oils at a time. Discontinue use if you have a topical reaction to any oil.
